What to write about
A code is wrong or out of date
Send the player name, the correct share code, and where it came from, such as a tournament config, a stream overlay or an official team post. Codes that fail the checksum are never added, no matter the source.
A player is missing
Name the player and, if you have it, the code. Players are added when there is a source worth trusting, not on request volume, so a link matters far more than a nudge.
Something on the site is broken
Tell us the page, the browser and what you expected. For the generator, decoder and compare tools, paste the code you were working with. Those tools run entirely in your browser, so nothing about your session reaches us unless you send it.
Legal, privacy and takedown requests
Copyright complaints, trademark questions and requests to remove a name or a code go to the same address. Say what should be removed and why, and expect a reply rather than silence.
Advertising and partnerships
Advertising on the site is handled through third-party networks, so there is nothing to buy directly. Sponsorship and content proposals are read but rarely accepted.
What we cannot help with
We are not Valve and have no access to your Counter-Strike account, your inventory, your matchmaking bans or your reports. Anything to do with the game itself belongs with Valve support.
Emails are read by one person and kept only as long as it takes to answer them. They are never added to a mailing list or passed on. See the Privacy Policy for the rest.
